At the historic location of our brewery, you can experience the fascinating world of beer on 1,700 square meters: The tour goes through our historic brewhouse with the shiny copper vats and ends in the old boiler house with the extra-high ceilings, where you can taste our beers in our Bit Lounge.

We offer several guided tours a day during our opening hours. Our available slots can be requested online (see below) or by phone. Especially for guided tours, we ask for registration in advance. Spontaneous guests are welcome, but we cannot guarantee a participation without prior registration.

Our Bitburger Experience is in the center of Bitburg, right next to the City Hall (Stadthalle). Simply follow the signs „Bitburger Brauerei / Verwaltung“ (Brewery / Administration) or enter „Bitburg, Görenweg“ for navigation. There are some free parking lots on the street. Paid parking lots can be found at the square „An der Römermauer“ (1 minute walk away) or on Bedaplatz (5 minute walk).
We ask for your understanding. Dogs are not allowed during the tour and also not at our events. They are welcome to wait in the Bit Lounge with a person looking.
Our Experience is located in the center of Bitburg, right next to the City Hall (Stadthalle). Simply follow the signs reading “Bitburger Brewery / Administration” or enter “Bitburg, Görenweg” into your navigation system. There are several free parking lots along the street. At the square An der Römermauer (opposite the Experience), you will find paid parking (1 minute on foot). The Neuerburger Straße parking garage is a 2‑minute walk away, and the Beda-Platz parking area is about 4 minutes on foot.
Payment for a booked tour is due directly on site - either in cash or by card. Unfortunately, advance payment is not possible.
A guided tour can accommodate 25 to 30 participants at the same time. Online bookings are possible only up to a group size of 25 people. We are also happy to guide larger groups - this is easily possible with prior registration.
Groups of more than 30 participants will be split and start with a slight time offset of about 15 minutes, accompanied by a second tour guide.

The Experience can be visited without restrictions via ramps and an elevator. For groups in particular, we kindly ask for early notification, as tours may take a bit longer when visitors with wheelchairs or strollers join us. Please inform us in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure the best possible experience.
A guided tour takes approximately one hour. Afterward, you can enjoy some time in the Bit-Lounge to taste our beers and beverages.
