Our beer sommelier will take you on a journey into the world of beer, offering insights into the rich variety and sensory nuances of different beer styles.

Each year, we serve the aperitif in a special location that is normally not accessible to the public. The historic underground ice cellar (Eiskeller) and the historic spring house (Brunnenstube) were just the beginning – let yourself be surprised. After the aperitif, the evening continues in the spacious and cozy Bit Lounge. There, you can look forward to a guided beer tasting where not only the hops talk – enjoy small, exquisite companions full of flavor, lovingly served by our team.
